with a French-style interior, complete with hand-painted clouds and colorful, striped awnings. Outdoor seating is available within a courtyard enhanced by botanical landscaping and fountains to insure a pleasurable dining experience. Offering our guests a European, French and American menu such as woodfired flatbreads, sugar-dusted pastries and an array of specialty salads, soups and sandwiches offer proof that this is no ordinary bakery and bistro. Fine wines are available as well. Begin with a Mimosa or cafe' latte and finish with a dessertfrom the menu or a confection from the bakery.
Mike Castle, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York, along with his wife Cheryl,invite you to visit On The Rise Bakery Woodfired Bistro.
